Alexandre has inspired and created the Digital Department in Tigo Tanzania, a department he headed since 2014. Under his stewardship, Tigo Tanzania became a GSMA partner of choice. Indeed, Alexandre has greatly contributed to the strengthening of the local mobile money ecosystem bringing to life convergent platforms using mobile money as payment interface. Alexandre has a strong background in Strategy & Innovation and has worked for top tier Telcos such as MTN and MILLICOM.

Alexandre holds an MBA (Summa Cum Laude) in Strategy & Finance from HULT International Business School of Boston, Massachusetts. Alexandre also earned a Master of Science Degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Supply Chain from the National Polytechnic Institute in Ivory Coast.

Alexandre has founded DIGITECH GROUP, a fintech & insurtech startup , one of the fewest African start-up selected to participate to GES 2017 (https://www.ges2017.org) and the sole Ivorian company selected out 1007 global application for the 2018 STARTUP BOOTCAMP AFRITECH.

Since 2018, Alexandre has led Digitech into winning multiple continental prizes and working with the largest corporates in Insurance and Reinsurance in Africa. Best insurtech company as awarded by AWS in South Africa in 2018; Top 50 Insurtech company in Africa as rated by BAOBAB. The most recent one being the award of the best insurtech company in 2020 as awarded by FANAF, one of the largest Federation of Insurance/Reinsurance companies.

By November 2020, Alexandre was ranked top 20 Insurtech CEOs by Technology Innovators in US.
